Why do some tasks seem like just too much hard work? You just can’t seem to motivate yourself. And yet other tasks seem so easy to complete.
We are all motivated but this varies depending on how we feel about the activity. The need to eat and drink is motivated by hunger and thirst respectively. If very thirsty, we will do anything to alleviate this by getting water to drink. Have you ever wondered why you find you are able to get up early on a Saturday to catch a train to meet a friend, but are unable to get up for work during the week?
