Gastric Band Hypnotherapy consists of a course of 4 sessions of about 60 to 90 mins. The first 3 sessions are about 1 - 2 weeks apart. There is then a gap of 4 weeks between the 3rd and 4th session. It is important to remember that this treatment is an aid to weight loss and that you need to be motivated to make changes and be committed to listening to the recordings on a daily basis.
